Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you full control over your e-mail boxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a brand new e-mail account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward email messages from one email mailbox to another, create mail filters, create autoresponders and shield your e-mailbox accounts against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming email messages according to certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a filter for any of your email accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
